Whether customers require simple branding for scheduled drugs, or eye catching creative design for over the counter medications, Britepak employs a strong team of DTP operators, proof readers and repro specialists to ensure that all jobs comply with stringent specifications laid down by the pharmaceutical industry, and that all relevant legislation is adhered to.

Production at Britepak is entirely computer-to-plate (CTP) and utilises the latest Suprasetter technology for top quality plate setting. The latest MIS system ensures efficient tracking of all jobs.

Stringent document control, meticulous obsolete material destruction and a strong archiving system offers clients complete peace of mind.

Printing

The production plant boasts the most modern lithographic presses, including five- colour as well as other presses. Britepak continually invests in state of the art technology, providing clients with full colour lithographic printing.

Another recent investment of an off- line high quality Ultra-Violet UV varnish machine provides clients with high quality varnish finishes.

Britepak has won numerous gold medals in Supplier of the Year awards.

In 2015 an Electronic/Digital Proof verification system was installed and introduced. This system dramatically reduces room for error and the time taken for proofing with Certification.

Finishing

Investment in latest equipment provides fast turnaround times and high quality. Britepak’s finishing technologies include automatic flat-bed die-cutting with an automatic register system and a folder/gluer, as well as in-house folding equipment. Britepak is able to dispatch to customers around the country.
